Kitchen Prep chef (m/f/d)

We're a sourdough craft-pizza restaurant in Neukölln. The sourdough is the beating heart of our restaurant. Slowly fermenting organic German flour, on its way to get pizza. We believe in sourcing artisanal products - local when available, but always delicious, sustainable and natural. We choose products we love, and are transparent about it. Furthermore, we help our guests fight against a greedy food industry one bite at a time – and having a blast doing so!


Gazzo is looking for a Prep Chef for our team. You will be responsible for working in the prep section, mostly during morning shifts starting at 7am.

Profile:

  • background in professional kitchens

  • knowledge of an array of cooking techniques

  • clean and organized approach to working

  • demonstrable knife skills are a great foundation


Tasks:

  • preparing cooking ingredients

  • supporting the kitchen processes

  • maintain a clean and orderly kitchen


We offer:

  • part-time work - ca 20-30 hours / week on average
